, : The research of functions-oriented municipal land management. Journal of Nanjing Forestry University Natural Sciences Edition 29(5): 57-60

The capital-oriented municipal land management has had a considerable harmful effect on the theory and practice of municipal management in our country. With rapid urbanization, municipal land management should turn from a capital-oriented pattern to a functional-oriented one. In this article, a concept about function-oriented municipal land management was established based on coordinate development of society, economy and ecology environment.
