, : The results of tests of the effectiveness of kyuzol.. Med. Parazit, Moscow, 28: pt. 2, 178-185

Two repellents, 1-acetyl- and l-formyl-l, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroquinoline, referred to as kyuzol-a and kyuzol-f, and also as EP-99 and RP-122, respectively, became available in the Soviet Union in 1958 and were widely tested for their effectiveness in protecting against attack by ticks, chiefly Ixodes persulcatus Schulze, and blood-sucking insects.
