The rhythm of the seasonal development of the plants and plant communities of the S. slope of the Crimean mountains.

, : The rhythm of the seasonal development of the plants and plant communities of the S. slope of the Crimean mountains.. Bjull. Mosk. Obsc. Ispyt. Prir. (Otd. Biol.). 67: 5, 90-104

Discusses and illustrates the rhythm of seasonal development of the different plant groups (evergreens, deciduous, etc.) in (1) the Juniperus excelsa forests of the lower belt, and (2) the Pinus nigra var. caramanica forests. In (1) the rhythm is of a characteristically Mediterranean type; in (2) it is analogous to the rhythm of the boreal forests.
