Glucidos. Revta iber. parasit, 25: 3/4, 299-319

Glycogen was found to be the only polysaccharide in Moniezia expansa in the fraction insoluble in 60% ethanol. Glycogen content. was estimated between 3.91 and 5.2% wet weight depending on the method of determination used. In the fraction soluble in.60% ethanol, 4 glycine fractions were found: 2 correspond to glucose and trehalose, a 3rd is an oligosaccharide and the 4th is not identified.
