The results are tabulated of a trial at Easterwood Airport, College Station, in which the area round the bases of runway lights was treated with TCA-sodium, TCA ester, prometon, erbon, chlorfenac and Tritac applied (a) as surface treatments, either left uncovered or covered with an asphalt cap, and (b) in the case of TCA ester, prometon and erbon, mixed with and applied in asphalt.
