Griseofulvin-phenobarbital interaction in man

, : Griseofulvin-phenobarbital interaction in man. JAMA 213(3): 426-431

Six healthy male volunteers were given griseofulvin orally (500 mg) and intravenously (100 mg), both with and without phenobarbital. The phenobarbital was administered orally at 30 mg/3 times/day starting 4 days prior to the griseofulvin.
