This report deals with information collected by the Commission for Dairy Education which was created in 1961. Facts were obtained from 26 member countries of I.D.F. and were collated by V. D. SURKOV. The report deals with types of institutions for training of dairy specialists, trends and levels in education, various forms of education and preparation of dairy engineers with different specialisations.
