, : Investigations on the elaboration of a technology of fruit products for babies. Prace Inst. Lab. badaw. Przem. spoz, 20: 195-209

In investigations ranging from laboratory to the industrial scale juices and puree products were produced from apple, apricot, plum, black currant and pear. Carrot and pumpkin were used as sources of carotene. The chemical composition of 6 types of juices and of 3 types of puree products is tabulated. The contents of vitamin C, carotenoids and ss-carotene in juices ranged from 45.7 to 65.0, from 1.6 to 2.5 and from 1 1 to 1.9 mg%.
