Molybdenum and mangenese in soils of the Kuban

, : Molybdenum and mangenese in soils of the Kuban. Pochvovedenie. 1, 79-85

Total Mo in soils of the Krasnodar border was 0.9-25.0 mg/kg and the available Mo was 0.1-3.0 mg. Total Mn was 170-2400 mg and available Mn 2-320 mg. Heavy soils contained more Mo and Mn than light soils. In most soils Mo accumulated in the upper pari of the humus horizons or in the lower part of the profile. In the former Tulsk region total Mo of dark gray, gray and pale gray soils was 10-24 mg/kg and available Mo was 1-3 mg. Humic-carbonate soils were generally poor in Mo.
