This paper, presented at the Working Session on Present Questions in Nematode Research, Munster, Dec. 1962, notes that to date 11 virus-transmitting nematode spp. and 9 viruses thus transmissible are known, 6 of the viruses having isometric and 3 rod-shaped particles. Ability to transmit viruses is restricted to a few genera, and within these to certain spp. only.
