Nodulation of indigenous Trinidad legumes


, : Nodulation of indigenous Trinidad legumes. Trop Agr 43(3): 265-267

Tropical species of Leguminosae indigenous to Trinidad have been observed for nodulation. Of the 79 species studied, nodulation was recorded for 32 species previously unlisted, including first observations of root nodules in the sub-family Swartzioideae. Absence of nodules on 15 species in the Caesalpinioideae has been reported.
