Peasant agriculture in an industrial age. Introduction to a general theory of agricultural policy

, : Peasant agriculture in an industrial age. Introduction to a general theory of agricultural policy. Beitr. ganzheitlichen Wirt.-Ges.-Lehre, Berlin, 4, 168

The continuing agricultural crisis brought about by industrialization in developed countries calls the peasant economy and way of life into question as an aim of agricultural policy. Neither Liberal nor Marxist theories provide an adequate analysis and an attempt is made at a new approach both to the theoretical assumptions and their application.
