Penetracia ionu striebra v integumente Ascaris suum

, : Penetracia ionu striebra v integumente Ascaris suum. Biologia, Bratislava. 96-99

Using silver nitrate, the authors studied the penetration of silver ions through the integument of live and dead pig Ascaris of both sexes. In live worms, reduction of the penetrating ions took place in the outer cuticular layer, basal membrane, subcuticle and at the attachment of the muscles and particularly in the lateral cord. The degree of penetration depended on the duration of action of the silver nitrate.
