Radiochemical determination of carbon-14 labelled DDT and 2,4-D

, : Radiochemical determination of carbon-14 labelled DDT and 2,4-D. An. R. Soc. esp. Fis. Quim, 66: 3, 263-9

The determinations were made with use of a Geiger-Mueller flow tube having a thin Mylar window. To obtain a homogeneous distribution, the compound was collected in the middle of the planchet and treated with a drop of solvent which was then caused to evaporate rapidly before the solution could spread out. The counting efficiency varied from 2 to 20%, being greater the smaller the sample; from 1 micro g to 50 mg could be determined. Analyt.
