, : Replacing cereals in finishing feeds for broilers by potato products. 1. Evaluation of different potato products as components of finishing feeds. Rocz. Nauk rol. (B). 91: 425-442

The experiment was on White American x Sussex chickens 4 weeks old in 25 groups of 36 fed on a starting mixture before the experiment. The control group was given a standard finishing mixture. To the rations of the other groups 10, 20, 30 or 50% of different potato products were added replacing an equivalent amount of cereals. The resulting protein deficit was made good with groundnut oilmeal.
