This includes a report from the Animal production research team, and deals with field studies and research projects of the Sections of Animal husbandry and nutrition; Reproductive physiology; and Biochemistry. The main object of the research team is to investigate problems of economic importance in the three countries. Early weaning, nutritional, metabolic and environmental stimulation trials, using mainly Hereford, Africander, Angoni and Mashona cattle, are described.
