, : The effect of different combinations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the growth and development of vines. Vinodelie i Vinogradarstvo, 28: 6, 34-6

In Dagestan on irrigated weakly alkaline soils, poor in N and P and rich in K, NPK treatments increased the number of developing buds and raised yields by 11 -29 % in the vine variety Rkaciteli. The treatments had a greater effect on bud development and productivity in the second than in the first year of application. The greatest yield increase resulted from 80 kg. N + 140 kg.
