Natural radioactivity on the shores of Loire-Atlantique and on other coastal zones in southern Brittany

, : Natural radioactivity on the shores of Loire-Atlantique and on other coastal zones in southern Brittany. Bulletin de la Societe des Sciences Naturelles de l'Ouest de la France (l983) 21(2): 73-82

The results achieved by the scintillometre SPP2 on different lithological formations in Southern Brittany (85 sites) point out that the radioactivity is here, as a general rule, low, and even very low, except locally in some formations (migmatites, grey granite..) and on the monazite rich beaches.
