Method for VSP wavelet shaping

A standard wavelet is chosen from the wavelets picked up by VSP monitor geophone, and is then used to obtain shaping operators trace by trace in the frequency domain. Then the shaping filtering of VSP data is performed in the time domain. All methods for getting the filtering operator are given, and some problems which people should pay more attention to in shaping filtering are pointed out in the paper.
