Growth and development diagram of the wild cat (Felis silvestris) progeny in their first 3 months of life

, : Growth and development diagram of the wild cat (Felis silvestris) progeny in their first 3 months of life. Buletinul Universitatii de Stiinte Agricole si Medicina Veterinara Cluj-Napoca Seria Zootehnie si Biotehnologii si Medicina Veterinara, 53: 45-47

In the present study are high lighted several aspects regarding the biophysiology and behavior of the wild cat. This gives us details for identification and morphology of the smallest wild feline in our country. There are presented issues on step growth and development of the young kittens from birth up to the time when they became independent toward parents and siblings. On weekly basis we are presenting the main activities, starting from suckling and ending with acquirement of hunting behavior and complete independence.
