Adjustment and error calculations of disinfection experiments

, : Adjustment and error calculations of disinfection experiments. Arch Hygiene 98(1/2): 23-31

By the proper arrangement of tests and protocols the process of handling adjustment and error calculations is made simple. For more complicated arrangements, a brief discussion of fundamental principles is given. Corrections are based on the formula: PnT = R, in which P is concentration in percentage, T is time of immersion in minutes, n is direction value, and R is resistance value. By means of logarithmic values or logarithm paper, variables may be plotted in straight lines, capable of simple handling and calculation.
