Bird notes from Eigg

, : Bird notes from Eigg. Scottish Nat (161): 141-146

An account of a brief visit to the island of Eigg, one of the Inner Hebrides. Fifty-six species were observed, of which the Pied Wagtail, Greenfinch and Snow Bunting were previously unrecorded. The author contrasts his findings with those of previous observers in some detail, and concludes that the bird-life of this Western Isle has remained fairly constant.
