Experiments on full-grown rats showed that a noticeable shift in the structure of the cardiac ganglion occurs after birth. Later changes in the cholinesterase activity are parallel with the development of nerve tissue. During impregnation by Ag, the developed constant "morphological" maturing of the cells in the parasympathetic cardiac ganglia, is parallel with the changes of the localization and increase in the cholinesterase activity in them. This is not a simple synchronic process, but a mutually-conditioned process.
