Dog and cat behavior

Breed selections for capacity to perform specialized tasks have been carried further in the dog than in any other species. At Jackson Memorial Laboratory over 3500 dogs and over 600 cats have been produced and studied for the past 10 years. Information for handlers of cats and dogs is presented.
