Eine Methode zur Herstellung mikroskopischer Rekonstruktionen unter Verwendimg von Negocoll und Hominit

, : Eine Methode zur Herstellung mikroskopischer Rekonstruktionen unter Verwendimg von Negocoll und Hominit. Anat Anz 89(5/8): 81-86

A method for reconstruction of objects with Poller's "negocoll" (an agar composition) and "hominit" (a wax material) is described. From the melted negocoll sheets of desired thickness are formed. A good reproduction of a pencil drawing is made by pressing it on the dry negocoll sheet. The negative is made by cutting out the drawings. The positive is obtained by filling out the form with hominit.
