The author, a firm believer in the importance of cholesterol in the induction of cancer, here recapitulates his views and the evidence pertaining to this phase of neoplastic disease. He cites in general terms the results of his animal experiments on the subject, and attempts to correlate cancer incidence among different peoples with their dietaries in terms of cholesterol intake.
