Method for dynamic inhalation priming with highly dispersed aerosol fluids and oils

, : Method for dynamic inhalation priming with highly dispersed aerosol fluids and oils. Farmakol I Toksikol 27(1): 104-107

The proposed method makes it possible to establish a steady concentration of aerosol fluids and oils for dynamic inhalation priming of animals in chambers. To produce aerosols from fluids and oils with a low coefficient of viscosity, it is necessary to use a Hernet nebulizer having a discharge aperature with an internal diameter of 0.2 mm and an external diameter of 0.3 mm and for those with a high coefficient of viscosity, 0.3 and 0.6 mm, respectively.
