Radium implant dosimetry with a small digital computer

, : Radium implant dosimetry with a small digital computer. Brit J Radiol 39(458): 147-150

A system for using a small computer for radium implant dosimetry is described, and compared with that in current use at the M. D. Anderson Hospital. Our system accepts implants of any geometry, however irregular, and gives results which are accurate enough to be clinically useful. It has been made compatible with the Parker-Paterson tables.
