Specific morphological and functional peculiarities of thrombocytes in patients with chronic myeloleukemia

, : Specific morphological and functional peculiarities of thrombocytes in patients with chronic myeloleukemia. Probl Germatol Pereliv Krovi 12(7): 32-34

Morphological and functional properties of thrombocytes were studied in 24 patients with chronic myeloleukemia. Qualitative thrombocyte deficiency was revealed in a majority of the patients. An association of pathological changes with the course of the disease and especially with the origination of complications on the part of blood coagulation system was revealed.
