The pathogenesis of paramy kudos is

, : The pathogenesis of paramy kudos is. Acta Unio Int Contra Cancr 20(4/5): 1115-1116

The results obtained lend support to the hypothesis that certain Bence[long dash]Jones proteins have binding affinities for tissue constituents. The strongest tissue affinities were observed with the Bence-Jones proteins obtained from patients with associated paramyloidosis. The investigations, to date, have, however, failed to elucidate the precise mechanism of the Bence-Jones-tissue interaction. The fact that certain of the non-paramyloid-related Bence-Jones proteins were observed to have lesser degrees of tissue affinity suggests that the observed differences between different Bence Jones proteins may be quantitative, rather than strictly qualitative.
