Zur Kenntnis der Carabi-domemninen

, : Zur Kenntnis der Carabi-domemninen. Tijdschr Ent Nederlandsche Ent Ver 71(4): 267-276

The Carabidomemninae are the most primitive group of the Paussidae, nearest to the Ozaenini among the Carabidae. From these they must be derived as a separate stem, independent of the 3 other stems of Paussidae. The author gives a systematic revision of Kolbe's Carabidomemninae, comprising according to Kolbe the genera Carabidodoxus (with subg. Carabidobleptus) and Caribidomemnus Kolbe. The author maintains only 1 genus, Carabidomemnus, with 3 subgenera. The plate contains photographs of all types of the species described by Kolbe from this group.
