A new method of cell investigation

, : A new method of cell investigation. [mem Soc Nat Kieff] 27(1): 71-78

The new method consists in the use of the so-called chromolytic procedure employed in photographic investigation. With this method, the author finds it possible to observe living cells with as great clearness and certainty as in fixed and stained preparations. With the help of this procedure the author also has tested the relative value of varied methods of fixation.
