A procedure for staining nucleus and walls of bacterial spore Observation of resting and germinating bacterial spores

, : A procedure for staining nucleus and walls of bacterial spore Observation of resting and germinating bacterial spores. Ann Microbiol: 54-59

A new procedure for the simultaneous staining of nucleus and walls of the bacterial spore is referred to, mainly based upon HCl [image] hydrolysis at 60[degree]C, Giemsa staining and differentiation with tannic acid solution. Modification of the nuclear spore apparatus is followed during its germination.
