A Study of the Distribution of Rheumatic Infection in Children in Birmingham

, : A Study of the Distribution of Rheumatic Infection in Children in Birmingham. Archives of Disease in Childhood 3(13): 20-27

The study, based on 800 cases, showed that the majority occurred in working class houses close to water courses, and that in determining the incidence of rheumatism in children neither density of population, nor poverty of housing, nor the incidence of some other infectious diseases, were as important as living in a damp area.
