Application of the Galli-Mainini reaction to B regularis in the French Congo

, : Application of the Galli-Mainini reaction to B regularis in the French Congo. Ann Endocrinol 11(1): 91-96

The toad B. regularis, which is particularly common in N. Africa, is a very satisfactory animal for the Galli-Mainini reaction, whether the pregnancy urine is injd. into the lymph sacs, subcut., or intraperit. In tropical countries there appears to be no mating season during which these toads cannot be used; certain sources of error are described and can be easily eliminated.
