Chemical weeds control in canola

, : Chemical weeds control in canola. Arab Journal Of Plant Protection: 1, 72-74

Field experiments were conducted in Peshawar, Pakistan, during the 2000/01 cropping season, to determine the most suitable herbicide for weed control in rape and find out the effects of different herbicides on the yield and yield components of rape Dunkled. Data were recorded on weed density/m2, days to 50% flowering, 1000-seed weight and seed yield. None of the herbicides, except Sensor WP70, had a phytotoxic effect on the crop.
