, : Preoperative ultrasonic evaluation of the distal rectal cancer. Zhongguo Chaosheng Yixue Zazhi 14(8): 51-53

Purpose: To study the relationship between the preoperative situations of the lower rectal cancer in 31 cases with ultrasonic examination and its method of treatment approach. Methods: Preoperative ultrasonic findings were compared with the pathological results. Result: The ultrasound accurate rate VMS 83.9%. The positive rate of carcinomatous lymphadenectasis was 67%. The accurate rate of approach choosing was 85.2%. Conclusion. Ultrasound could exactly show the position, the histological change and the local spread of the lower rectal cancer.
