The preparation and application of uni-factor serum of Avibacterium paragallinarum

, : The preparation and application of uni-factor serum of Avibacterium paragallinarum. Southwest China Journal Of Agricultural Sciences: 4, 1152-1155

Homologous antisera was obtained by utilizing representative strains of Avibacterium paragallinarum such as Hpg-8 (serotype A), CCM6075 (serotype B) and Hpg-68 (serotype C). A, B and C monospecific antisera were obtained by cross absorption test and all monospecific antisera showed serotype-specificity.
