A literature review of competency-based orientation for nurses

, : A literature review of competency-based orientation for nurses. Journal of Nursing Staff Development 10(5): 239-243

This article is a literature review of competency-based orientation (CBO), which includes a description of the component parts of CBO, its efficiency and effectiveness, and a discussion of how various hospitals have implemented CBO.
